3. Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics collects anonymised information including pages visited, time spent on the site and general geographic region. It does not identify you personally.

- _ga_<id> - maintains session state; expires after 2 years
These cookies are only set after you accept our cookie notice. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies and declining the notice on your next visit. 4. How we use your information
Contact form data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to assess whether an initial conversation is appropriate. We do not use your details for marketing purposes, and we do not share them with third parties except where required by law.
5. Lawful basis for processing
We process contact form data on the basis of legitimate interests - specifically, the mutual interest in responding to a business enquiry. Where an engagement proceeds, processing is on the basis of contract performance. Analytics cookies are processed on the basis of your consent, given via the cookie notice on this website.
6. Retention
Enquiry data from contacts that do not proceed to an engagement is held for a maximum of 12 months from the date of last contact, after which it is deleted. Records relating to active or completed engagements are retained for six years from the end of the engagement in line with standard commercial practice. Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to request a portable copy of data you have provided. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the contact form. We will respond within one month.
8. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection matters.
Terms of Engagement
These terms apply to all advisory work carried out by Wrenfield Services. By instructing us you agree to these terms. Where a separate engagement letter is issued, that document takes precedence over these terms in the event of any conflict.
1. Nature of our work
Wrenfield Services provides administrative capacity advisory services. Our work is designed to help clients define operational problems, identify choices, organise supporting information and prepare for action. It does not constitute legal, financial, regulatory, HR or specialist operational advice. Where such advice is required, clients should instruct appropriately qualified professionals.
2. Scope of engagements
Each engagement is defined in scope at the outset and has a specific, bounded output. We do not take on open-ended retainer arrangements. Scope changes must be agreed in writing before additional work proceeds. Any indicative timescales provided are estimates and are not guarantees of delivery.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information provided to Wrenfield Services. Our work product is prepared on the basis of information supplied by the client and is not independently verified unless agreed otherwise. The client remains responsible for all decisions taken on the basis of our work.
4. Outputs and intellectual property
Reports, documents and other outputs produced in the course of an engagement are provided for the client's use in connection with the matters described in the engagement scope. They may not be shared with third parties or published without our prior written consent. Wrenfield Services retains intellectual property rights in its methodologies, frameworks and internal working documents.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are agreed at the outset of each engagement and set out in the engagement letter. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to suspend work on outstanding invoices that remain unpaid after 30 days.
6. Limitation of liability
Wrenfield Services shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from an engagement, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business or reputational damage. Our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Governing law
These terms and any engagement carried out under them are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time an engagement is instructed will apply to that engagement. The current version is always available on this page.
